Return & Refund Policy

At Deluxe Gems LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with certificates and packaging included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or alterations after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at deluxe.shipping@hotmail.com or call 901-504-9585 within the return period to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Securely package the item with all original documents and ship it back to us.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange for another gemstone, we are happy to assist, subject to availability.
